3. Age Verification

Forbet is a responsible gaming platform committed to keeping minors away from gambling.

• To open an account with forbet, you must be at least 18 years must be.
• Date of birth is required at the time of registration.
• A national ID or other identity document may be requested in cases of doubt or for large transactions.
• Accounts opened with a false age may be suspended at any time, and all winnings may be forfeited.

4. Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live cash-out feature).
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, it will be cancelled and your funds will be returned.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and your funds will be returned.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Forbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the terms below carefully before using any of these bonuses.

Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms

• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time.
• Bonuses may only be eligible for use on specific games or betting markets.
• Bonuses have an expiry — if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Forbet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time.

6. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Forbet supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secure and fast.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Forbet does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals are only processed to the registered mobile number on the account.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Forbet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

7. KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) is part of international financial regulations. forbet may require KYC verification for large withdrawals or accounts flagged for suspicious activity.

What documents may be required?

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent selfie (with NID)
• Bank statement or mobile banking statement

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you won't be asked again unless your information changes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on forbet and will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Submitting false identity information or documents
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Cheating in games or colluding with other players to the detriment of the platform

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Forbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly if:

• A breach of terms and conditions is detected
• Prohibited activity is established
• KYC verification failure
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months)

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting support. If there is a valid balance remaining, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your funds before the account is closed.
